It’s time to vote for our Board of Directors.
Please remind that:
- Corporate Members have 2 votes, and the company may appoint two of its employees as a representative in the Council. Such appointment shall be in writing; a proxy may be appointed from the same representatives for voting on its behalf.
- Individual and professional members shall be entitled for 1 vote.
- Overseas Corporate Members have no voting rights.
- The written proxy shall be submitted by the delegated member to the meeting chairperson at the beginning of the Council meetings, provided that each delegate shall not act as a proxy of more than (2) two members at any meeting. Proxies must be submitted not later than 6PM of the 28th of June 2024 by email to info@italianbusinesscouncil.com.
