About the speaker Neal Ysart:
Neal is Clyde & Co’s Lead Regulatory & Investigation Advisor and has more than 35 years of investigative experience, including over 16 years as a Police Officer at Scotland Yard where he was responsible for several stated cases and legal precedents in what was then the new field of Internet investigations. His private sector experience includes leading EY’s Forensic Technology practice across the MENA region, leading a team with a headcount of over 140 people conducting complex due diligence investigations for HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets business across the region, building and developing First August, an Information and Corporate Risk services company and holding a senior management position with PricewaterhouseCoopers in UK where he conducted and led investigations helping clients globally in a range of areas including financial crime, information/cyber security, regulatory breaches, fraud, security, AML, bribery and corruption.
