SPEAKER:
Roberta Quacquarini specialises in M&A, corporate law, commercial law and real estate.
She boasts a significant experience in the Middle East in assisting Italian and international companies, as well as family-owned businesses. Along with advising on business set-up of companies in the United Arab Emirates and the GCC in free zone, onshore and offshore, she is expert in commercial agency law, distributorship agreements, franchise agreements and commercial representation, joint ventures, foreign investments, regulatory matters and coordination with the local authorities.
Prior joining our law firm in 2017, she worked several years for a leading German law firm
based in Dubai being the head of two departments: Italian and offshore. She holds a law degree from the University of Perugia (Italy). She speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic.
