Roshanak is an Italian lawyer and a Solicitor of England and Wales, with a PhD in Law.

Roshanak is now working in the M&A and corporate insurance team of Clyde & Co Dubai, after practicing in Milan and London for nearly a decade. She has been advising on a number of local and cross-border public and private M&A transactions regarding investments and divestments in various countries (including UAE, Jordan, Turkey, Qatar, Oman and KSA), in many different sectors (such as port business, manufacturing, tech, healthcare, insurance and financial regulated sectors), on group reorganizations such as mergers, spin-offs and transformations and set –up of companies and funds.
