BEST INNOVATIVE PASTA
Innovative pasta dishes push the boundaries of traditional recipes by incorporating unique flavors, unconventional ingredients, or creative techniques. These dishes offer exciting and unexpected culinary experiences. Few examples include: Squid Ink Pasta, Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter, Pesto Avocado Pasta.
BEST TRADITIONAL PASTA
A traditional pasta dish is a classic Italian culinary recipe that typically consists of pasta combined with a variety of flavorful ingredients. There are countless traditional pasta dishes and regional variations. Some well-known and beloved examples include: Bucatini all'amatriciana, Spaghetto alle vongole, Pasta alla Norma, Trofie al pesto.
BEST VEGETARIAN PASTA
A vegetarian pasta dish is a pasta-based meal that excludes any meat or seafood ingredients. It focuses on utilizing a variety of vegetables, herbs, and other plant-based ingredients to create flavorful and satisfying pasta dishes. Some famous examples include: Penne all'Arrabbiata, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Cannelloni Ricotta e Spinaci.

Nominations are open for the Public to indicate the best pasta dish they have tasted in Dubai and the restaurants where to find it.
JULY 2023
21 restaurants with the highest number of nominations are announced, the Jury visits each outlet and cast their votes.
SEPTEMBER 2023
6 finalists are announced.
JANUARY 2024
Final and Awards Ceremony.
